A cup of Colombian coffee every morning reminds of my native country.
I was born in Bogota, Colombia and raised by my single mother and four sisters. At the age of 24, I got married and six years later we decided to move to the USA. Even though I struggled to learn English, I got my first job in the USA working for Publix, where I still work today. At the age of 41, I got divorced and decided to follow my passions. Photography was always a hobby but I decided to take it to the next level and enrolled in photography classes at Saint Petersburg College. Since then, framing moments has been my every day journey. I even turned my living room into a photography studio where I’ve been taking portraits. I also continue to explore other avenues of photography such as landscape, macro, event, fashion, long exposure, real state and street photography.
